Testimony

 07/15/26 He came to me over 50 years ago. The Lord Adonai had touched me before, but this was different. It was an eternal encounter. This is my public confession. It was Sunday morning. Out of the blue, I decided to go to church to mock them. My friend said he knew where to go. We were going to go there unpresentable as a joke and got there just when the Kahu started preaching, discussing the parable of talents.  Matthew 25:14-30. God spoke thru him answering all my questions telling me there are many options and possibilities. God opened my eyes to an assurance of hope. I learned I could have life with Jesus. What a joyous day that was. My life was forever changed. It was my senior year in HS. With God’s grace I was able the attend bible college and graduated. Not sure what to do, I set out on a lifelong dream by joining the Navy. After 9 years, obtaining a master's along the way, I separated honorably @ Pearl and moved to the BI in 88. 7/19/26 The passage records God’s persistent call through prophets and seers: “Turn from your evil ways, and keep My commandments and My statutes, according to all the Torah which I commanded your fathers.” [1] This historical warning carries several applications to contemporary Christian discipleship. Responsive obedience to God’s Word forms the core principle. Israel’s refusal to listen despite repeated prophetic warnings [1] illustrates what happens when believers ignore divine instruction. For Christians, this translates into taking seriously the guidance Scripture provides—not merely acknowledging biblical truth but aligning behavior with it. The passage suggests that God doesn’t issue warnings casually; they reflect his desire to redirect us before consequences become severe. Recognizing patterns of spiritual drift is equally important.
